Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Production takes 3–7 business days, then shipping takes an additional 3–5 business days within the US. Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days total.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders typically take 10–20 business days depending on your location.

Is shipping free?

Yes — free shipping on all US orders over $65. Flat rate $4.99 for orders under $65.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Products & Sizing

What material are the shirts made of?

Our t-shirts are printed on Gildan 5000 Heavy Cotton — 100% preshrunk cotton (5.3 oz). Soft, durable, and machine washable.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a size guide. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up — our shirts fit true to size.

Are colors accurate to the photos?

We do our best to represent colors accurately. Minor variations may occur due to monitor settings and the printing process.

Returns & Refunds

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us within 30 days at support@goldenpawsco.com with a photo of the issue and we'll send a free replacement right away.

Can I return my order if I don't like it?

Because each item is custom-printed for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind. However, if there's any quality issue, we'll always make it right.
