At Golden Paws Co., your satisfaction is our priority. Because our products are custom printed on demand especially for you, please read our refund policy carefully.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will send a free replacement as soon as we verify the issue.

Wrong Size

If you ordered the wrong size, we can offer a one-time exchange. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unworn and unwashed.

Non-Refundable Items

Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered (unless defective)
  • Items that have been worn or washed

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
